's a very nice well made Woodland culture Celt, found along the Des Moines River, Boone Co., Iowa, this Celt has some mineral deposits, and a fine overall patina over the entire surface. The bit has 2 small dings, about 1/8" in size, and the entire surface of the celt has a nice finish with the bit area having a nice polished surface. All of the Artifacts I sell are offered as being old original not re-chipped , restored-(unless noted), or modern made. I will refund any artifact, including postage, within 30 days if found to not meet with the approval of Davis, Floming, Brener, Motley, Meadows, Jackson or Rogers. I offer a 14 day return privilege for any reason such as "it's to thick, or I don't like the color", for a full refund, less shipping charges. I ship priority mail with delivery confirmation , and charge $5.95 for up to 1 pound of relics, so we can combine auctions for the same price up to 1 pound. Insurance, is recommended, but left up to the buyer, and if wanted will be figured at time of sale and invoicing.
