Tonight I'm happy to offer, from a recently purchased estate, Antique 1900's, Durgin, Sterling Silver - Cast Silver - "Daffodil" Pattern - 6.25" Preserve Spoon. RARE - 66.5 Grams - Mint Condition - No Reserve. This handsome and elegant spoon dates from the early 1900's, made by the well known American firm of "Durgin" designed as 6.25" preserve spoon the handle featuring a lavish relief of daffodils running the length of the handle front and back. The bowl of the spoon measures 2" by 2" by 1.25" and also features a daffodil relief. The spoon is solid and very heavy with a weight of 66.5 grams. The spoon is in excellent to MINT condition showing little if any wear, no rubbing or wear to the pattern or details and no monograms. The spoon is marked on the back of the handle with the familiar Durgin "D" mark and Sterling. As I usually do I'm offering this item at a LOW opening with NO RESERVE. Happy Bidding !
