This mill stone is a wonderful accent piece for any style of outdoor garden or large scale landscaping. Place it in a flower bed at the end of the house, driveway, office space etc... Looks great in front of antique shops, great attention grabber. One vintage stone measuring 34 inches across by 12 inches thick. Please look at the other auction with a mate stone to this one if you should need two. The stone was rescued from a field near the mill site. These items will be sold as they are in the location they set. A truck can easily reach the spot for loading. However, we have no crane, endloader etc... SO, loading will be your responsibility. Please know that they will need to be removed from this spot in a very reasonable amount of time. If you have any questions, please ask in time I may travel to these and get your answer. They are not at my home location. These will be paid for prior to pick up. Within a seven day period of auction end . I do not ( repeat, not) accept personal or business checks, for any amount. Only confirmed address PayPal, US Postal Money Order accepted. (NOTE THE US POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY for the money order option) This is due to the increase in counterfeit cashiers checks and 'quik stop store' money orders. All Postal Money Orders may be cashed at the PO and checked immediately for any issues. So, change of policy for all buyers, due to someone elses nasty computer printer tricks. 2. I do not accept bids from or ship out of the country anymore. Do not ask that the blocks be released, they will not and the request will not be acknowledged. 3. Need a question answered ? Due to the past hacking issues with the 'My Messages' section of ebay I will no longer be answering questions in the same manner. The policy will be that all questions via that manner will be answered only by adding that info to the auction. So, don't wait until the last minute to ask the questions. Mark the item and return for the info you were seeking, simple process actually. Info will be added to auction, not answered via the email option. 4. I use the calculator, or stated fee, on all my auctions to prevent the need to ask for a shipping quote, ebay has it right t for each of you to your own town. I ship once per week, more if my schedule allows it. During the winter months, weather is also a factor in travel to the shipping points. Please allow for that in your expections of this auction. My quotes all include delivery confirmation on all my priority packages. Insurance is now mandatory on all sales due to info recieved from PayPal.( see reason below ) Paypal has determined that their conditions state that " "the seller is responsible for damages done by the shipper , if the buyer did not choose and pay for insurance" . I cannot find that nor can they direct me to more than ' proof of deliver' in the legal agreements. However, they have applied that condition to a sale made in spring 2007. I will now do as they suggested, require insurance on every sale. Never leave it as an option to the buyer they say if I wish to follow 'their' Seller Protection Conditions. Read 'em folks and tell me if you can find it, I can't. But, in the meantime I will do as they suggest and apply the insurance requirement on every sale.
