~CAMEL MINING - SPIRAL WHEEL FOR GOLD RECOVERY - PORTABLE~ THIS IS AN OLDER UNIT, NO LONGER MANUFACTURED BUT MOST PARTS ARE AVAILABLE IF NEEDED (PUMP, SPRAY BAR, SPIRAL PAN; HOWEVER,THIS STYLE OF TUB IS NOT AVAILABLE ).THIS UNIT IS ABOUT HALF THE SIZE OF THE NEW UNITS. THE ENTIRE ASSEMBLY PACKS INTO THE TUB (WHICH IS USED AS A RESERVOIR WHEN OPERATING THE UNIT). THE COVER SNAPS ON TOP OF THE TUB AND T IS A CONVENIENT CARRYING HANDLE. THE UNIT OPERATES ON 12 VDC, THIS SUPPLIES POWER TO THE DRIVE; T ARE TWO POSTS ON TOP OF THE CONTROL BOX TO CONNECT THE PUMP MOTOR FOR THE SPRAY BAR. THE UNIT HAS A VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL ALSO, (NEW UNITS WITH A SPEED CONTROL COST ABOUT $300 ). THE CONTROL BOX COVER IS PLASTIC AND T IS A CRACK IN THE CENTER AND ALSO ONE ON THE LEFT SIDE. SEE PICTURES. THE DRIVE MOTOR AND PUMP ARE WORKING. OVERALL SIZE OF CLOSED UNIT IS -18 X 17 X 11 HIGH, WEIGHT 11 LBS. (NOTE - TO REMOVE THE LID EXERT A SLIGHT OUTWARD PRESSURE ON THE TWO HAND GRIPS AND THE LID POPS OFF, I MENTION THIS BECAUSE IF IF SOMEONE GETS THE UNIT THEY MAY USE A PRYING TOOL TO GET THE LID OFF AND DAMAGE THE LID.)
