This auction is for one face polished nodule of the very rare "lost" Blue agate from Prineville Oregon. Finally Central Oregon can boast a gem quality blue agate! I introduced this material at the Prineville and Sisters shows with a VERY warm reception. Over 2" x 1 1/2" x 1", 70 grams. Beautiful fluorescent periwinkle in color!! A dead ringer for the famous Ellensburug Blue of Washington. This piece should be kept as a whole specimen as the dark iron areas are softer than the agate.
